County Transportation Authority, usually held on the 2nd Monday
of each month at 3:15 PM at the Planning Commission Hearing

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) has numerous
meetings, at its headquarters in Oakland as well as subregional
meetings throughout the 9 counties of the region. See the MTC

The SMART Commission normally meets on third Wednesdays, alternating
between Novato and Petaluma. Check the SMART
website.
